The legislative proposal aims at technical re-equipment of state mining enterprises.
The bill (Reg. No. 11093) stipulates that the title of the state program "State support of building coal and peat extraction companies, technical re-equipment of these companies, including by cheapening and settling the loans" under the code 1101200 indicated in appendix 3 to the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2012" shall be supplemented with words "as well as financing the program to renovate ore mining equipment."
People?s deputies noted that implementation of the bill would not influence the budget indicators.
By results of consideration, the Committee resolved to recommend that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt the bill as a basis and in entirety with consideration of proposals of the Committee.
